What material are Everybeing shirts made from?
Our artwork is printed on Recover brand shirts. All Recover apparel is made from 100% recycled materials, including post consumer PET made from recycled plastic bottles! Recover works with partners in the US, Haiti, and Guatemala, striving to make products in areas that can have the most positive impact. Everything, including recycled plastic bottles, to upcycled cotton, to cut and sew, to distribution, is sourced from within a 150 mile radius of their headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. Then they supply Recover Made-in-the-Carolinas, 100% recycled fabric to a cut and sew work co-op in Haiti that creates sustainable jobs and living wages for hundreds of workers. Is your screen printing process eco-friendly?
Everybeing designs are screen printed at APDAT Print Co. The industry of screen printing can be harsh on the environment, but at APDAT they’ve streamlined their process to use environmentally friendly solutions to clean and prep their screens. These solutions are environmentally safe, non-hazardous, low in odor, citrus and water based, and phosphate free. APDAT also has a state-of-the-art filtration system that filters out all the gunk in their water before going down the drain.
What ink do you screen print with?
All Everybeing shirts are screen printed using water based inks. These inks are much more eco-friendly and completely PVC free, meaning they have a solvent base consisting of water. In the screen printing business they are about as environmentally conscious as you can get. On top of that, water based inks biodegrade and wash up safely with the earth friendly cleaners used by our screen printing partner, APDAT. Water based inks also soak into the shirt fabric, making them softer to the touch like a fluffy red panda.
Is your packaging eco-friendly and plastic free?
Yes! Our shirts are shipped using all EcoEnclose packaging materials. The boxes are not just 100% recycled, they are made from 95% post-consumer content, are fully recyclable, biodegradable, and manufactured in the United States. We go one step further by using EcoEnclose Water Activated Tape (WAT). Kraft Paper Tape is naturally a more eco-friendly choice — add a renewable, biodegradable, plant-derived backing, with a water-activated corn starch adhesive, and you have an environmental win win! What sizes are available for Everybeing shirts? Do you offer Youth shirts?
Currently we do not offer Youth apparel. We have sizes for adult Women from XS to XL and sizes for Men from S to XXL. For a sizing chart please refer to the bottom of each shirt page (below the item description).
SHIPPING
I just placed an order, when will it arrive?
Everybeing is on deck to make sure your purchase makes it to you as soon as possible. Shirts are printed at the beginning of the following month (or when all of your species shirts sell out, whichever comes first). Once your package ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please keep in mind, that we are at the very beginning of our journey so initial orders may take a little bit longer.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! Anywhere, any place. All packages will ship from our homebase in Houston, Texas and shipping costs will vary by the destination country.
I entered the wrong shipping address, how do I change it?
If you wish to correct or change the delivery address before your item ships, please contact us.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
I ordered the wrong size and need to exchange it. What can I do?
Please check the sizing chart before you make a pledge, and in case your shirt doesn’t fit the way you hoped, you have 15 calendar days from the date you received it, to send it back for an exchange. It must be unworn and in the original condition. At this time we cannot provide free shipping labels for returns. We reserve the right to decline your exchange request if we find that the shirt sent back doesn’t meet our quality criteria. Please contact us to begin your exchange process.
What is the refund policy?
Please consider that each pledge to our beneficiaries is going towards the protection of endangered species on the verge of extinction. We want to ensure that we can provide the most support possible for these amazing organizations, so we don’t offer traditional refunds. However, if you have a problem with your order, we do offer exchanges (see above). If you can’t wear your shirt for any reason, please consider donating or gifting it to others who would enjoy it.
